2. Orders and conclusion of the contract
A voucher, prepaid breakfast or ticket for a tasting or other event may be ordered using the contact details published on the Šenkovna Pub website, in particular by e-mail or phone. The order must include at least the identity of the customer, the selected product or service, the number of units, where relevant the requested date and the preferred delivery or confirmation method, if offered.
By placing an order, the customer submits a proposal to conclude a contract. The contract is concluded when the seller expressly confirms the order. Before confirming the order, the seller may ask for additional information or reject the order if it cannot be fulfilled under reasonable conditions.
3. Price, payment and tax document
The price of a voucher corresponds to its nominal value. The price of a prepaid breakfast or event ticket corresponds to the seller's current offer, unless agreed otherwise. If delivery or any supplementary charge applies, the customer will be informed before the order is confirmed.
The payment method is agreed individually when the order is confirmed. The seller may issue a voucher, confirm a prepaid breakfast or release an event ticket only after full payment has been received, unless agreed otherwise. A tax document or payment confirmation will be provided in paper or electronic form.
4. Delivery, confirmation and reservation
A voucher may be issued in electronic or paper form, depending on the agreement between the parties. An electronic voucher is deemed delivered when sent to the e-mail address provided by the customer. A paper voucher is deemed delivered upon receipt by the customer or upon handover to the carrier, where delivery is arranged in this way.
A prepaid breakfast and an event ticket may be confirmed electronically. If the service is tied to a specific date or time, delivery is deemed completed by sending an order confirmation stating the date, time, capacity or any other organisational details.
The customer must check the accuracy of the voucher or confirmation without undue delay and notify the seller of any obvious discrepancy.
5. Terms of use
A voucher may be redeemed at Šenkovna Pub for goods or services to the extent stated on the voucher or as agreed with the seller. Unless stated otherwise, it may be used up to its nominal value; any excess amount must be paid in the usual way.
A prepaid breakfast is intended for on-site consumption at Šenkovna Pub. If the order is linked to a specific time slot, the customer must arrive at the reserved time. A change of date or time is only possible by prior agreement and subject to current venue capacity.
A ticket for a tasting or another event grants admission to the relevant event to the extent stated on the ticket or in the order confirmation. The seller reserves the right to change the programme, date, time or line-up if required for operational, safety or organisational reasons. If the seller cancels an event, the customer will be offered an alternative date, substitute performance or a refund of the paid price.
A voucher is not exchangeable for cash. Any unused voucher value is not refundable in cash unless required by law or expressly agreed otherwise. Specific limitations or special conditions stated directly on the voucher, ticket or confirmation take precedence over these general terms.
The validity period of the voucher or one-off service is stated directly on the voucher or in the order confirmation. After the validity period or agreed date has expired, the service can no longer be used unless the law provides otherwise. The seller is not liable for loss, theft, damage or misuse of a voucher or ticket after proper delivery to the customer unless the loss was caused by a breach of the seller's obligations.
6. Order cancellation and complaints
Until the order is confirmed by the seller, the customer may cancel it without penalty by e-mail or phone using the contact details above. After the contract has been concluded, any changes or cancellation are governed by the agreement of the parties and the applicable legal regulations.
If an order is linked to a specific breakfast, tasting or other event date, the customer should notify any inability to attend as soon as possible. The possibility of changing the date, transferring the reservation or cancelling it will be assessed individually with regard to the nature of the service, venue capacity and the timing of the notice.
A complaint concerning payment, delivery, issue or use of a voucher, breakfast confirmation or event ticket may be submitted by e-mail to info@senkovnapub.cz or by phone at +420 607 888 836. To speed up handling, the customer should include the order identification, voucher or ticket code, description of the issue and contact details.
If the customer is a consumer, the complaint will be handled without undue delay and no later than within 30 days from proper submission, unless the parties agree otherwise.
7. Consumer rights and out-of-court dispute resolution
The rights of a customer acting as a consumer are governed in particular by the Czech Civil Code and consumer protection legislation. If the contract is concluded remotely, the consumer has the statutory rights, including the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, unless a statutory exception applies or the service has already been used. Statutory exceptions may apply in particular to services provided at a specific date or time.
Supervision over compliance with consumer protection obligations is carried out by the Czech Trade Inspection Authority. In the event of a dispute, the consumer may use out-of-court dispute resolution through the Czech Trade Inspection Authority, Štěpánská 567/15, 120 00 Prague 2, Czech Republic, www.coi.cz.
8. Personal data protection
Information on the processing of personal data in connection with orders for vouchers, prepaid breakfasts, event tickets and customer communication is available on the Privacy Policy page.
9. Final provisions
These terms and conditions are published on the Šenkovna Pub website and apply to orders confirmed from their effective date onwards. The seller may reasonably amend these terms and conditions; for a specific order, the wording effective on the date the order is confirmed shall apply.
Legal relationships not expressly governed by these terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
These terms and conditions take effect on 1 January 2026.
